Overview
Construction with concrete involves working with a diversity of potential constituent materials with varying physical properties, mechanical properties, thermal properties, costs and environmental impact. We provide advice and support provided for the use of concrete component materials such as alternative binders, steel and synthetic fibres, admixtures, quarry products and supplementary cementitious materials. We also assist with the training and development of staff, and provide specialist knowledge transfer in concrete, aggregate and quarry materials, shotcrete and fibre reinforced concrete, admixtures and additives, binders, supplementary cementitious materials and sustainability.
